Estimate Small-Molecule ADME Properties
Estimate solubility, permeability, and lipophilicity from SMILES without a protein target.
Skills
This is standalone ADME triage: no target protein and no docking. Normalize SMILES from a list, CSV, or text file; each request is capped at 128 molecules. Estimate and show cost, obtain explicit approval, then run synchronously and inspect each molecule’s `adme` result and status. Preserve per-item failures such as invalid SMILES.
Permissions
Prerequisites
- An authenticated `boltz-api` CLI and a supplied SMILES list; split inputs above 128 molecules into separate batches.
Permissions
- Uploads SMILES and submits a prediction job that may be billable; results are written to the local run directory. Show the estimate and get explicit user approval.
Limitations
Tier-1 ADME values are early ranking estimates, not experimental measurements, pharmacological conclusions, or safety proof. Without a target, this does not answer binding questions.
