Retrieve the Basin overview and current Pipelines/Catalog/SQL docs. Confirm the event→R2 Iceberg→SQL topology, resource scope, and permissions. Check installed Wrangler version and migration syntax: legacy `wrangler pipelines`, `wrangler r2 bucket catalog`, and `wrangler r2 sql` may still work while newer CLI families evolve. Protect `WRANGLER_BASIN_SQL_AUTH_TOKEN`. Show scope and get authorization before writes, lifecycle changes, or billable actions.
