Sandbox @next: verify the SDK line before using process handles
Align preview package/image and implement the exec(argv) handle lifecycle.

Verify the dependency is `@cloudflare/sandbox@next` (or a preview tag) and the Container image matches. Stable apps use `sandbox-stable`; migrations use `sandbox-migrate-to-next`. Read current preview docs and installed types: `exec(argv)` returns a started-process handle; use output, waitForPort/waitForExit, and kill as needed. Argv is literal, not an implicit shell; wait timeout only ends observation. Test long processes, terminals/interpreter, and timeout boundaries. Isolate users with separate Sandbox IDs and keep production secrets in the Worker.

Limitations
Gate on matching preview package/image; exec returns a handle, not the result; keep live secrets out of untrusted containers.
