Internal comms: draft in the organization’s format
Match an update, leadership note, FAQ, or incident type to its relevant guide.
Skills
Classify the request as a Progress/Plans/Problems (3P) update, company newsletter, FAQ, status or leadership update, incident report, or project update. Open the corresponding example guide: `examples/3p-updates.md` for 3P, `examples/company-newsletter.md` for newsletters, `examples/faq-answers.md` for FAQs, and `examples/general-comms.md` for other formats. Follow that guide’s structure, tone, and information-gathering rules. Mark missing facts or ask the user; never infer company facts from sample content. Make progress, owners, risks, and next steps clear without inventing metrics. This skill drafts content and does not send it on the user’s behalf.
