Azure reliability: assess resilience and gate each fix

Use an inventory to check redundancy, health probes, and multi-region readiness.

Skills

Use Azure Resource Graph to inventory the target subscription and resources, recording service, SKU, redundancy, and health-check state. Compare findings with the skill’s reliability criteria and prepare a prioritized risk and fix checklist. Present whether a change would update a live resource or patch IaC for deployment; act only after the user chooses and confirms. Moving storage from LRS to ZRS has a migration prerequisite, must not be bundled with safe probe or zone patches, and may require a separate migration and follow-up deploy. If approved, apply changes in phases and reassess. Treat multi-region expansion as a separate decision; never start it by default.

Limitations

Assess with ARG and present impact/options first; LRS-to-ZRS storage migration has a separate prerequisite and must not be bundled with safe patches.
