Use this skill to build a durable CLI that Codex can run by command name from any repository. It checks the service, the real read/write jobs, API or SDK documentation and existing scripts, then inspects available toolchains before choosing Rust, TypeScript, Python, or another suitable runtime. It designs discovery, lookup, read/write, JSON, error, and auth commands. Write operations should have narrow verbs and a dry-run or draft path where possible. The skill creates project files, accesses configured data and services, and may install the built command on PATH. Auth should use environment variables or user config, and tokens must never be printed. State the command contract and file/install locations before implementation and stay within the user authorization; do not turn a small one-off script into an unnecessary durable tool.

Limitations
A durable CLI can access configured data and services; auth sources, write operations, and PATH installation must stay within user authorization.
