Manage local agent deployments and inspect traces

Goal

Import a local Agents SDK project, inspect entrypoints and dependencies, create a local deployment record, and inspect logs, traces, and container state.

Steps

How to verify

Confirm entrypoints are detected, the deployment record maps to its container, logs/traces are viewable, and stop terminates the test container.

Troubleshooting

If a container is unmapped, inspect `agents-sdk.*` labels and local state; if the panel is network-accessible, stop it and restore loopback binding.
