Expo Native Modules and Views
Build Swift, Kotlin, and TypeScript native modules, native views, and config plugins with the Expo Modules API.
Skills
Use to wrap platform APIs such as cameras and sensors or to add native views. Scaffold with `npx create-expo-module@latest --local`, then implement against the Module DSL, events, properties, lifecycle, and autolinking references. Treat config plugins that edit `Info.plist` or Android manifests as project-wide changes. Verify with iOS and Android builds; do not hand-wave podspec or Gradle setup.

- An Expo/React Native project and Node.js; iOS builds need Xcode and CocoaPods, Android builds need a JDK and Android SDK.
