Azure validation gate: record evidence and stop unless deployment was requested
Inspect prepare artifacts and scripts; record evidence and distinguish validation from deployment intent.
Skills
Use only when the user explicitly requests validation or the workflow is handed off from azure-prepare. Read prepare status, validation steps, and project tests. Run every required check to completion, repair and rerun failures, and record evidence/logs/gaps. Set `Validated` only when all checks pass. Then check intent: if deployment was explicitly requested, hand off to azure-deploy rather than running deployment commands; if validation/preparation only, stop and report.
Permissions
Prerequisites
- Run the Azure validation workflow after azure-prepare and before azure-deploy.
Permissions
- Runs project checks/scripts, reads status, and writes a validation record.
Limitations
Never mark Validated when checks fail; deploy only if explicitly requested.
