Notion meeting intelligence: prepare from workspace context
Search related records, then draft a sourced agenda with owners and timeboxes.
Skills
Confirm the meeting objective, date and time, attendees, duration, and decisions needed. Search Notion for prior notes, specifications, OKRs, and action items, then fetch relevant pages and preserve their links. Choose a status, decision, planning, retrospective, or one-on-one template based on the meeting. Include context, goals, agenda items, owners, timeboxes, pre-reading, decisions, and risks. Add Codex research only when useful; cite facts and separate opinion. Creating an agenda or updating a page writes to the workspace; confirm the target database before creating follow-up tasks.
Permissions
Prerequisites
- For meeting agendas or pre-reads; confirm objective, decisions, attendees, duration, and time.
- Requires Notion MCP search/read/create/update access.
Permissions
- May search and read Notion pages, create an agenda page, update an existing page, and optionally create tasks in a database.
- OAuth login or Codex MCP configuration changes the local connection; create/update calls write to the external workspace.
Limitations
Confirm meeting details and attendees, link source pages, and separate facts from opinions in added research.
