Skills
Review demand evidence, one-sentence positioning, a credible payment/budget path, reasons to return, trust barriers, and repeatable distribution for the product or feature. Produce a low/medium/high verdict, the riskiest assumption, the smallest useful evidence to gather, one next validation action, and what to defer; name missing evidence instead of substituting engineering effort for validation.
