Skills
Define the dashboard decision and refresh cadence, then specify a metric dictionary, window, numerator/denominator, and source. SaaS views may group MRR, churn, and LTV/CAC; operations views focus on health and throughput; retention views use cohorts. Match charts to trends, comparisons, or distributions, and expose date range, freshness, nulls, and filters so inconsistent definitions do not mislead.
