Run a recruiter/applicant mock interview workflow

Goal

Turn role criteria into a mock recruitment interview, rather than deriving questions from an existing recording.

Steps

How to verify

Each role competency maps to at least one question; simulated answers are labeled synthetic and never mixed into a real applicant file.

Troubleshooting

For missing coverage, add a mapping from the role-competency list; if an answer contains sensitive inference, remove it and constrain the simulated profile.
